It's been a couple weeks since we've spotted Justin Bieber out with his on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez... and now we may know why.
Biebs has been recently spotted hanging with Hailey Baldwin. Yes we said BALDWIN! The daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, Hailey is a successful model who spends her time between NY and LA. She also happens to be besties with Kendall Jenner.
By the looks of these recent snapshots - it would appear that, if not dating, she and the Biebs are quite cozy! What do you think? Are these two an item?
